Mandatory ROM Exercise #1: Back Extension Exercises
Key Points:
-Super important to make sure that your range of motion (Ie degree of flexibility) is equal and balanced bilaterally for all joints, including the spine.
-Over stretching or excessive stretching in 1 sitting can lead to damage. Stretches need to be gradual and increase over time.
Back Extension Exercises: (To be done 1-2 times a day daily to promote long term back and spine health)
